Lorie Ostrander

Lorie is passionate about supporting fitness and wellness for all people and all body types. She teaches Kripalu style Hatha yoga with small doses of vinyasa flow. Her classes promote relaxation, mindfulness, stretching and strengthening. Each class has options for gentle or more challenging postures and movement.


Lorie has completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, which teaches traditional yoga and wellness (informed by medicine and science) for busy, modern people. She draws upon a doctoral degree in education and nearly 30 years as an educator to build classes that honor all student needs. Yoga is a journey of fitness, wellness and self-discovery.
